(Tiny-Labels, we or us). Please read them carefully as they affect
your rights and liabilities under the law. If you do not agree to

your personal use subject to these Terms and Conditions. By using

If you do not wish to accept the new Terms and Conditions you should
not continue to use the Tiny-Labels.co.uk site. If you continue to

3. Password and security
When you first purchase from the Tiny-Labels.co.uk
site you will be asked to create a password. You must keep this password
confidential and must not disclose it or share it with anyone. You
will be responsible for all activities and orders that occur or are
submitted under your password. If you know or suspect that someone
else knows your password you should notify us by contacting Customer
Services (see below for contact details) immediately.
If Tiny-Labels.co.uk has reason to believe that there
is likely to be a breach of security or misuse
of the Tiny-Labels.co.uk site, we may require
you to change your password or we may suspend your account in accordance

4. Refunds on Special Offers
Refunds for goods purchased under a special offer
will be based on the terms of the promotional price.Your statutory

5. Excluded Services
The services provided by the Tiny-Labels.co.uk site
do not include the provision of computer or other
necessary equipment to access the Tiny-Labels.co.uk site. To use the
Tiny-Labels.co.uk site you will require Internet connectivity and
appropriate telecommunication links. We shall not be liable for any

trade marks, database and other intellectual property rights. You

attempt to correct the fault as soon as we reasonably can.

restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance
or the introduction of new facilities or services. Tiny-Labels.co.uk
will attempt to restore the service as soon as it reasonably can.

any warranties or guarantees. You must bear the risks associated with

that arise out of or are related to the Tiny-Labels.co.uk site.
Nothing in this paragraph applies to Tiny-Labels.co.uk's liability
in respect of products sold through the online store.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude Tiny-Labels.co.uk's
liability for personal injury or death caused by its negligence.
Our acceptance of an order takes place on despatch
of the order, at which point the purchase contract

10. Advertising and Sponsorship
Part of the Tiny-Labels.co.uk site may contain advertising
and sponsorship. Advertisers and Sponsors are
responsible for ensuring that material submitted for inclusion on
the Tiny-Labels.co.uk site complies with relevant laws and codes.
We will not be responsible for any error or inaccuracy in advertising

11. Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and
construed in accordance with the laws of England

12. International Use
Tiny-Labels.co.uk makes no promise that materials
on the Tiny-Labels.co.uk site are appropriate
or available for use in locations outside the United Kingdom, and
accessing the Tiny-Labels.co.uk site from territories where its contents
are illegal or unlawful is prohibited. If you choose to access this
site from locations outside the United Kingdom, you do so on your
own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

13. Expiry Date on Payment Card
Please ensure that the expiry date of your payment
card is after the anticipated dispatch date of
your order. Payment is taken at the point of dispatch for goods and
in the event that the payment card has expired we will be unable to

14. Supporting Cancer Research
By simply purchasing any item from Tiny Labels you
will be making a donation to Cancer Research.

Research UK remains the property
of Cancer Research UK and unauthorised use is prohibited.

15. Dispatch of Orders
Orders are dispatched within 48 hours, or as soon
as verification of card details and clearance
of cheques are established. If you have not received your order
within 14 working days you should contact us

16. Payment
We accept all major credit and debit cards (MasterCard,
Maestro, Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Switch,
Solo and JCB), payment through PAYPAL, personal
cheques (UK only), postal orders (UK only).
We prefer
payment by credit or debit card, or through
PAYPAL because these methods facilitate a quicker
dispatch.
Goods are only dispatched on receipt of payment, and
in the case of cheques on the clearance of effects. For further information,

17. Shipping within the UK
Our shipping guidelines are simple:
- All parcels are sent 1st
Class Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery by Royal Mail and include
insurance to the total value of your item(s).
- UK shipping is £2.95 per parcel (1st class recorded delivery).
- All UK orders over £100 will be despatched free of charge.
- Should a claim for
non-arrival of an order
arise we will refund you once we have received compensation
from Royal Mail.
- The shipping charge is added automatically at the
checkout.

18. Shipping outside the UK
Our shipping guidelines are simple:
- EU destinations shipping is £5.99 per parcel (Airmail, International Signed for).
- Non EU destinations shipping is £7.99 per parcel (Airmail, International Signed for).
- All parcels are
sent registered post, and include
insurance to the total value of your item(s).
- The charge may be a little
higher than our competitors but
we have no hidden costs for extra insurance.
- All overseas orders over £150 will be despatched free of charge.
- Should a claim for non-arrival of an order
arise we will refund
you once we have received compensation from Royal Mail.
- The Shipping
charge is added automatically
at the checkout.

19. Returns policy
We offer a full refund option on all orders to the cost of the item(s)
as long as the following conditions are met:
Email us within 24 hours of receiving your item(s) stating what you
are returning and why. We will then advise you
of how to return your item(s).
Then simply return
the item(s) within 7 days. We regret that we
are unable to refund return postage costs.
We
will only refund items that are returned in the
state they were dispatched and any labels must
be intact.
Should a claim for non arrival of an order arise we will
refund you once we have received compensation
from the post office.
Our returns policy complies
with the UK’s Consumer Protection
(distance selling) Regulations. Your Statutory Rights
will not be affected.

20. Sizing (clothing and shoes)
Please take particular care to order the correct size.
For clothes, we have given sizing in age range,
where appropriate, in continental
sizing and for most items approximate measurements
are included. We have also added additional
comments where appropriate. For example, French labels tend to come
up smaller than you might expect.

designer labels, refer to section Designers
Stocked.
For shoes, we have largely given continental
sizes but where appropriate sizing in
age range has been given.

21. Security policy
Tiny Labels offers secure on-line ordering.
Credit and Debit card orders are processed on
a Secure server and protected by encryption using Secure Socket
Layer Protocol (SSL) technology.

We take all complaints very seriously.

23. Privacy
Your privacy is very important to us. Any information we request
from you is used solely to process orders and in accordance with the
Data Protection Act of 1998. We do not pass on customer details or
our mailing lists to any marketing or other companies.
We may occasionally email you with details on
new products, special offers and promotions, if you prefer not to
receive these simply type ‘REMOVE’ and return the email
you will then be removed from our mailing list.

24. Sales Tax, Customs and Duties
Within the United Kingdom, children’s clothes and shoes are
exempt from Value Added Tax.
Export Orders will be accompanied by a Customs
Declaration.
Tiny Labels is not responsible for any Duties
or Taxes incurred in the destination country and is the responsibility
of the customer to satisfy themselves as to any liabilities arising
from purchasing from Tiny Labels.

25. Miscellaneous
You may not assign, sub-license or otherwise transfer any of your
rights under these Terms and Conditions.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid
by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of that
provision will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions
of these Terms and Conditions, which shall remain in full force and
effect.
If you breach these Terms and Conditions and Tiny-Labels.co.uk ignores
this, Tiny-Labels.co.uk will still be entitled to use its rights and
remedies at a later date or in any other situation where you breach
the Terms and Conditions.
Tiny-Labels.co.uk shall not be responsible for any breach of these
Terms and Conditions caused by circumstances beyond its control.
A person who is not a party to these Terms and Conditions shall have
no right under the Contract (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to
enforce any term of these Terms and Conditions but this shall not
affect any right or remedy of a third party which exists or is available
apart from that Act.
